Предметом дослідження є правовий статус суб’єктів господарювання у сфері організації та проведення азартних ігор, його зміст та особливості. Виділено у суб’єктів господарювання у сфері організації та проведення азартних ігор загального, спеціального та локального правового статусів залежно від рівня нормативного регулювання. Надано визначення правового статусу суб’єкта господарювання у сфері організації та проведення азартних ігор та акцентовано на негативному характері редагування правового статусу за допомогою нормативних актів особливого призначення в умовах воєнного стану.
