У статті розглянуто адміністративно-правові механізми регулювання мобільного зв’язку в ЄС як інструмент забезпечення ефективного функціонування ринку електронних комунікацій. Визначено ключові елементи адміністративно-правового регулювання мобільного зв’язку в ЄС та проаналізовано можливості їх адаптації в українській правовій системі. Розкрито зміст нормативної бази ЄС, зокрема Європейського кодексу електронних комунікацій. Визначено інституційні моделі регулювання мобільного зв’язку та практики захисту прав споживачів.
