У статті досліджено вплив цифрової трансформації та технологій штучного інтелекту (AI) на ефективність процесів підбору персоналу. Розкрито основні напрями діджиталізації HR-функцій, зокрема: автоматизація рекрутингу, застосування чат-ботів, аналітичних платформ і систем управління кандидатами (ATS). Проведено контент-аналіз відкритих даних вакансій HR-менеджерів за 2015–2025 рр., отриманих через вебархіви. Встановлено поступову зміну вимог до кандидатів: від володіння базовими комп’ютерними навичками до необхідності розуміння принципів роботи з цифровими платформами, аналітичними інструментами та AI-системами. Доведено, що впровадження цифрових технологій та AI-інструментів має позитивний вплив на ефективність сучасного рекрутингу та HR-процесів.
