У статті досліджено прикладні аспекти оскарження постанов про накладання адміністративних стягнень, прийнятих органами Національної поліції України (НПУ). Зазначено, що в адміністративно-правовій доктрині оскарження постанов про накладання адміністративних стягнень, прийнятих органами НПУ, визначено як факультативна стадія провадження у справах про адміністративні правопорушення. Залежно від суб’єкта, який здійснює перегляд винесеної постанови, можемо зазначити про наявність адміністративного та судового оскарження постанов про накладання адміністративних стягнень органами НПУ.
