У статті досліджено правове регулювання токенізації реальних активів та перспективи розвитку відповідного законодавства України. Проаналізовано міжнародний досвід регулювання віртуальних активів, зокрема в контексті Регламенту ЄС MiCA. Розглянуто класифікацію віртуальних активів, запропоновану в законопроєктах України. Обґрунтовано необхідність вдосконалення нормативно-правового регулювання для забезпечення ефективного впровадження RWA-токенізації в економіку України та посилення інвестиційного потенціалу країни.
