У статті досліджено процесуальні основи розвитку та управління організаційною культурою авіаційних підприємств як ключового чинника їх ефективності, безпеки та конкурентоспроможності. Розглянуто підходи до оцінювання організаційної культури, механізми її удосконалення та інструменти впровадження змін. Особливу увагу приділено формуванню цінностей, орієнтованих на безпеку, інновації та співпрацю, а також ролі етичного лідерства та сучасних технологій у забезпеченні сталого розвитку культури. Обґрунтовано, що системний підхід до управління організаційною культурою сприяє підвищенню ефективності діяльності, адаптації до змін у глобальному середовищі та зміцненню довіри з боку співробітників і клієнтів.
