У статті досліджено систему неурядових організацій, що здійснюють документування воєнних злочинів в умовах збройної агресії росії проти України. Проаналізовано форми та методи документування, що застосовуються неурядовими організаціями. Визначено можливості використання зібраної ними інформації як доказів у кримінальних провадженнях. Розглянуто правові механізми взаємодії неурядових організацій з правоохоронними органами та запропоновано шляхи їх вдосконалення.
