У статті детально проаналізовано основні рішення Конституційного суду України (КСУ), які детально тлумачать принцип обов’язковості рішення КСУ. В цих рішеннях детально описано, що недопустимим будуть ситуації, коли Верховна Рада України як єдиний законодавчий орган влади буде повторно запроваджувати закони, які вже втратили чинність, або аналогічні таким законам нормативно-правові акти. Також у статті вироблено позиції та висновки, за допомогою яких у майбутньому можна буде уникати таких протиправних дій законодавця, та наведено чіткий алгоритм дій, які варто вчинити з вже прийнятими ймовірно неконституційними законами.
