У статті досліджено правову природу адміністративного акту в системі інструментів публічного адміністрування. Зазначено, що адміністративні акти – це індивідуальні правові акти та акти-дії органів публічної адміністрації, якими завершуються адміністративно-сервісні, адміністративно-деліктні провадження і реалізовуються або створюються умови для реалізації прав та законних інтересів фізичних та юридичних осіб, інтересів держави; нормативно-правові акти та адміністративні договори є самостійними інструментами діяльності органів публічної адміністрації.
