У статті розглянуто актуальність вдосконалення системи публічних закупівель в Україні з урахуванням досвіду ЄС. Вивчення правових аспектів і принципів регулювання закупівель, зокрема відповідно до Директиви 2014/24/ЄС, демонструє необхідність адаптації європейських стандартів, зокрема принципів рівності, недискримінації, прозорості та ефективності. Автором досліджено елементи, які можуть сприяти інтеграції таких підходів в українське законодавство. Вивчення досвіду країн ЄС свідчить про значення централізованих та електронних систем закупівель для підвищення ефективності, що сприяє посиленню довіри громадськості до державних органів.
