Нормативно-правове регулювання принципу незалежності судді

У статті розглянуто проблемні аспекти нормативно-правового регулювання принципу незалежності судді. Приділено увагу спірним законодавчим нормам, які регулюють питання призначення ключових осіб у судових органах, обмеження фінансових ресурсів судової гілки влади у період пандемії та у період військового часу. Проаналізовано норми міжнародних документів та практику Конституційного Суду України на предмет необхідності забезпечення належного функціонування системи правосуддя та надання їй найвищого пріоритету.
