У статті надано трактування фінансового механізму реструктуризації підприємств. Систематизовано загальні принципи, дотримання яких забезпечує успішне проведення фінансової реструктуризації, підвищує довіру до підприємства і сприяє досягненню його фінансової стабільності. Показано, що галузева диференціація фінансових механізмів реструктуризації підприємств дає змогу враховувати специфіку кожної галузі, забезпечуючи ефективне управління фінансовими ризиками та оптимізацію ресурсів. За результатами узагальнення досвіду функціонування фінансових механізмів у різних галузях національної економіки встановлено, що вони можуть носити такий характер: адаптаційний, структурний, структурно-адаптаційний, інтегративний, безпеко-орієнтований, реінжиніринг бізнес-процесів. Обґрунтовано загальні фінансові інструменти, які можуть використовуватися в усіх галузях національної економіки - державні програми фінансування та публічно-приватне партнерство.
