Статтю присвячено питанням відображення в обліку відшкодування збитків від списаних запасів у період військового стану. Актуальність цього напряму дослідження пов’язано з тим, що, на жаль, на підприємствах в місцях зберігання активів інколи відбуваються процеси крадіжок, неналежного зберігання та псування запасів, внаслідок чого суб’єкти господарювання зазнають збитків. Тому застосування механізмів відшкодування збитків винними особами (працівниками підприємства, країною-агресором) та відображення їх в обліку призводять до зменшення витрат під час списання запасів з балансу підприємства.
