Статтю присвячено визначенню сутності електронного страхування в умовах діджиталізації страхового ринку, дослідженню основних етапів розвитку електронного страхування в Україні, який набув швидких і технологічних змін з моменту першого продажу електронного полісу обов’язкового страхування цивільної відповідальності у 2018 р. Досліджено законодавчі та нормативно-правові акти, що регулюють процес електронного страхування. Наголошено, що учасники ринку отримали додаткові технологічні інструменти для здійснення своєї діяльності, що позитивно впливає на розвиток їхнього бізнесу та страхового ринку загалом.
