На основі аналізу сутності та сучасних видів бізнес-моделей підприємств у статті обґрунтовано базову професійно-сервісну бізнес-модель міжнародного консалтингу «Консультант» та розкрито її основні характеристики: модель В2В, модифікація бізнес-моделі «Виробник», інтеграція елементів сервісних та цифрових бізнес-моделей, клієнтоорієнтованість. На основі Business Model Canvas розкрито основні компоненти базової бізнес-моделі міжнародного консалтингу. Обґрунтовано заходи оптимізації клієнтських мереж суб’єктів міжнародного бізнес-консалтингу.
