У сучасних умовах господарювання все більш актуальними стають проблеми антикризового управління підприємством. Однак розширення потребує традиційний інструментарій, який застосовується в ході реалізації антикризових заходів. Серед ефективних інструментів в сучасних умовах можна розглядати застосування біржових операцій в системі антикризового управління, а саме в ході реалізації таких його заходів, як оптимізація бізнес-процесів, підвищення рівня зовнішніх комунікацій та активізація маркетингу. В цьому аспекті ефективним є впровадження в систему антикризового управління підприємством біржових операцій з товарними активами та похідними фінансовими інструментами.
