У статті досліджено економічну сутність поняття «виробничий процес» з позиції категорії як вартісної характеристики. Адаптовано елементи базової моделі виробничого процесу: виробничі ресурси, технологічне середовище, продукт, до понятійного апарату міжнародних стандартів з урахуванням специфічних особливостей галузі бджільництва. Запропоновано визначення поняття «виробничий процес у бджільництві» відповідно до вимог МСБО 41 «Сільське господарство» та МСБО 2 «Запаси». Рекомендовано доповнити облік продукції бджільництва в господарствах, які складають фінансову звітність.
