У статті розглянуто питання формування «концепту» електронних слідчих дій. Проаналізовано й розкрито характерні особливості правових аспектів використання цифрових технологій для збору доказів у контексті сталого розвитку. Також розглянуто дослідження вітчизняних науковців-процесуалістів з питань необхідності інституціоналізації цифрового (електронного) доказу як процесуального джерела доказів. Автори обґрунтували значення електронних слідчих дій у кримінальному процесі під час збирання доказів.
