Показано, що забезпечення національної безпеки, обороноздатності країни та економічного зростання критично залежить від розвитку ВПК України. Доведено, що розвиток ВПК у системі національної безпеки України вимагає комплексного підходу та тісної взаємодії між різними гілками влади, науковими установами та приватним сектором, що забезпечить не лише обороноздатність, але й сприятиме економічному розвитку країни. Обґрунтовано заходи формування відповідного підґрунтя для успішної реалізації фінансових стратегій розвитку ВПК. Запропоновано напрями та підходи до розроблення та реалізації фінансових стратегій розвитку ВПК України. Обґрунтовано основні аспекти та напрями розвитку ВПК у контексті національної безпеки.
