У статті розглянуто поняття економічної інтеграції та її основні характеристики. Проаналізовано поняття «інтеграція», «економічна інтеграція», «міжнародна економічна інтеграція», «економічна дипломатія», а також категорії для визначення сутності міжнародної економічної інтеграції. Визначено об’єктивні та суб’єктивні передумови інтеграційних процесів та передумови для економіної інтеграції. Визначено ключові конкурентні переваги міжнародної та європейської економічної інтеграції України, що створюють для економіки країни можливості саморозвитку. В підсумку визначено поняття «інтеграційні процеси», «економічна інтеграція» та «економічна дипломатія». З’ясовано, що економічна дипломатія та економічна інтеграція взаємодоповнюють одне одного та є важливими у створенні сприятливого середовища для розвитку економіки та поглиблення співпраці між країнами. Економічна дипломатія та процес інтеграції є важливими аспектами міжнародних відносин, оскільки вони сприяють розвитку та зміцненню економічного співробітництва між країнами.
