Статтю присвячено дослідженню адміністративно-правового статусу Державної служби фінансового моніторингу як підрозділу фінансової розвідки. Наголошено, що характеристика адміністративно-правового статусу служби сприяє розумінню її мети, завдань та компетенції. Зазначено, що в період воєнного часу пріоритетним завданням служби є ініціювання та забезпечення проведення фінансових розслідувань, зокрема притягнення до міжнародної відповідальності країни-агресора за відмивання доходів, одержаних злочинним шляхом, фінансування тероризму та фінансування розповсюдження зброї масового знищення.
Ключові слова : правовий статус, адміністративно-правовий статус, компетенція, підрозділ фінансової розвідки
