У статті проаналізовано організаційні основи реформування системи протидії економічній злочинності в умовах воєнного стану. Досліджено актуальні проблеми організації роботи Бюро економічної безпеки України, висвітлено статистичні показники, проаналізовано законопроєкти з оптимізації правового регулювання його діяльності. Обґрунтовано недоцільність створення Спеціалізованої економічної прокуратури. Сформульовано пропозиції з удосконалення правових засад побудови інфраструктури протидії економічній злочинності.
