У статті показано, що фінансовий консалтинг є комплексним підходом до оптимізації фінансової діяльності підприємства, який застосовує досвід та використовує різноманітні ресурси для досягнення максимальної ефективності. Доведено, що фінансовий консалтинг відіграє важливу роль у сприянні розвитку підприємств та вирішенні їхніх фінансових проблем, сприяє збільшенню ефективності внутрішньої діяльності підприємства, допомагає суб’єктам господарювання покращити їх взаємодію та фінансові взаємовідносини з контрагентами на зовнішньому ринку через вивчення та аналіз фінансових аспектів партнерських відносин, укладання угод та контрактів, а також планування фінансових стратегій з метою забезпечення стійкості та успішності у бізнесі. Запропоновано шляхи активізації використання послуг фінансового консалтингу в Україні, що допоможе підприємствам оптимізувати свою фінансову діяльність, покращити стратегічне планування та прийняття рішень, збільшити ефективність управління, а також підвищити конкурентоспроможність на міжнародному ринку.
