У статті розглянуто економічні труднощі в період воєнного стану. З’ясовано, що ефективне управління бюджетом та максимальне використання наявних ресурсів мають стратегічне значення для оборони та національної безпеки. Доведено, що сприяння економічному зростанню та фіскальній стабільності мають бути головним пріоритетом грошово-кредитної політики.
