Статтю присвячено сурогатному материнству як одному з допоміжних способів репродуктивної технології. Присвячено увагу сурогатному материнству на прикладах азійських держав: Індії, Таїланду, Камбоджі, В’єтнаму, Казахстану, Китаю та Лаосу. Також звернено увагу на досвід України на питання сурогатного материнства і зазначено його негативні наслідки через недостатнє правове регулювання.
