У статті показано, що в умовах асоціації України з ЄС суттєвим трансформаціям піддаються такі інститути фінансового права: бюджетне право, податкове право, правове регулювання фінансового контролю. Доведено, що для імплементації європейського законодавства Україні необхідно провести низку реформ, серед яких реформа державної служби; реформа антикорупційного законодавства; дерегуляційна реформа; бюджетно-податкова реформа, запровадження електронного адміністрування податків. Важливих позитивних наслідків слід очікувати від спільних заходів у сфері боротьби з ухиленням від сплати податків, податковим шахрайством, а також застосування нових методів розслідування податкових злочинів тощо.
