У статті досліджено концепцію командування через цільові завдання (mission command) у контексті військового управління. Розглянуто походження та принципи цієї тактики, що поєднує централізований намір з децентралізованим виконанням завдань, сприяючи швидкості та ініціативі в діях. Проаналізовано застосування командування через цільові завдання військами різних країн та його відповідність сучасним стратегічним концепціям. Показано, що ця тактика є ефективним засобом керівництва в умовах військових операцій та сприяє забезпеченню відповідності стратегічним завданням військового управління із застосуванням сучасних систем військового менеджменту, зосередження точок прийняття рішень у «командних групах».
