У статті обґрунтовано можливість створення організаційно-технологічних систем у інноваційному виробництві на основі інтеграції у відповідні організаційно-виробничі структури, що у підсумку дає змогу підвищувати мобільність переносу високих технологій у військовий час, скорочувати терміни і трудомісткість розроблення та виробництва новітньої продукції. Запропоновано методику оцінювання організаційно-економічної стійкості та керованості функціонування організаційно-виробничих структур під час проведення їх інтеграції.
