У статті досліджено особливості розвитку фінансово-правового регулювання ринку криптовалют та блокчейн-технологій у зв’язку з процесом глобалізації. Акцентовано увагу на проблемах, що виникають через часткові спроби вирішити завдання регулювання ринку криптовалют на рівні національного права без досягнення позитивної динаміки в цій сфері на міжнародному рівні. Принципи міжнародного права мають стати домінуючим підґрунтям для міжнародного співробітництва у сфері регулювання ринків криптовалют. Установлено комплекс принципів гармонізації національних і міжнародних інтересів у регулюванні ринків криптовалют і блокчейн-технологій в умовах глобалізації.
