У статті розглянуто особливості впливу регулювання валютних операцій на облік зовнішньоекономічної діяльності та фінансовий моніторинг. Досліджено нові вимоги до обліку операцій зовнішньоекономічної діяльності у частині визнання доходів, термінів розрахунків для різних суб’єктів господарювання. Акцентовано увагу на критеріях ризикованості операцій в рамках проведення банками фінансового моніторингу для врахування суб’єктами зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Актуальність цієї статті полягає у висвітленні особливостей обліку, фінансового моніторингу операцій зовнішньоекономічної діяльності в Україні в умовах воєнного стану
