У статті досліджено діяльність організацій роботодавців та їх об’єднань у напрямі підтримки розвитку бізнесу в Україні. Розглянуто напрями роботи Федерації роботодавців України (ФРУ) як найбільшого об’єднання організацій роботодавців, проаналізовано в динаміці кількість підприємств, інтереси яких представляє ФРУ. Досліджено інструменти впливу організацій роботодавців в Україні. Проаналізовано динаміку створення та функціонування комітетів при ФРУ, систематизовано основні реалізовані національні та міжнародні ініціативи, які активно просувала ФРУ та брала участь в їх реалізації з метою розвитку бізнесу та покращення умов його ведення.
