У статті досліджено особливості та ключові принципи управління командами в умовах розроблення та реалізації міжнародних проєктів. Проаналізовано основні види управління командами на підприємствах: автокритичне, демократичне, трансакційне, ситуаційне. Обгрунтовано ключові етапи управління проєктами, а також досліджено сутність Scrum технології гнучкого управління проєктами, визначено її переваги та недоліки, запропоновано процес впровадження Scrum-технології управління командами на підприємстві в умовах розроблення та реалізації міжнародних проєктів.
