Дослідження спрямовано на аналіз інституту конституційної скарги як значного елемента у системі захисту соціальних прав громадян. Висвітлено юридичне закріплення та процесуальні аспекти конституційної скарги. Розглянуто сучасну судову практику і виклики, з якими стикається Конституційний Суд України в її розгляді. Обґрунтовано необхідність подальшого розвитку інституту конституційної скарги. Авторами зазначено ключову роль конституційної скарги у системі юридичних гарантій, підкреслюючи її значення для демократизації суспільства та зміцнення правової держави.
