У статті ґрунтовно проаналізовано адміністративно-правове регулювання виробництва та обігу цементу в Україні, виходячи з актуальних потреб сучасної економіки та викликів глобалізації. Запропоновані рекомендації відображають необхідність комплексного підходу до реформування галузі та створення умов для її стійкого та конкурентоспроможного розвитку на національному та міжнародному рівнях. Висвітлено необхідність комплексного підходу до реформування галузі, що включає як законодавчі ініціативи, так і практичні заходи з підтримки та розвитку цементної індустрії в Україні.
