У статті розглянуто методи управління бюджетом інвестиційного капіталу, які адаптує практики бюджетного управління та збільшує синергію з управлінням проєктом, коригуючи розподіл ресурсів відповідно до обмежень та операційних ризиків бізнес-процесів. Метою статті є застосування системи бюджетування у менеджменті інвестиційного проєкту. Як результат це заохочує гнучкість у вирішенні непередбачуваних ситуацій, зосередженість на стратегічній перспективі, швидкість управління бюджетом, економічно ефективне бюджетування, додану вартість для підприємства та заохочення до співпраці.
