Статтю присвячено новому явищу, яке розгортається сьогодні в системі економічних відносин завдяки комплементарному розвитку інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності міжнародних технологічних компаній. У фокусі уваги – поняття «цифрові екосистеми» в економічному контексті. Визначено сутність та зміст цифрових екосистем, виділено їх основні типи. Досліджено роль міжнародних технологічних компаній у формуванні глобальних цифрових екосистем на прикладі компанії Amazon. Надано теоретичні орієнтири для подальших досліджень екосистем в економіці та бізнесі.
Ключові слова : технологічні компанії, цифрові екосистеми, платформи, партнери, комплементарні зв’язки
