Статтю присвячено аналізу юридичних аспектів процесу приватизації земельних ділянок в умовах воєнного стану, зокрема системи обмежень земельних прав громадян. Дослідження включає вивчення положень чинного законодавства та внесених змін до нього протягом періоду воєнного стану. Особливу увагу приділено судовій практиці, зокрема рішенням Верховного Суду України. Авторами наведено аргументи з необхідності внесення змін у законодавство, також розглянуто можливість відмови від процедури приватизації земельних ділянок. Враховуючи актуальність проблеми приватизації земель під час воєнного стану, дослідження виконане з урахуванням подій сьогодення.
