У статті досліджено теоретичні аспекти цифрової трансформації, зокрема, вивчено та порівняно визначення «цифровізації», «цифрової трансформації» та «цифрової стратегії». Визначено переваги та недоліки цифрової трансформації для підприємств. Встановлено основні причини, через які бізнес прагне інвестувати у нові технології. Охарактеризовано глобальний рейтинг технологій цифрової трансформації та розкрито призначення найбільш популярних технологій. Досліджено успішні та невдалі приклади впровадження цифрових стратегій. На основі поєднання аналізу релевантних наукових джерел та власних напрацювань запропоновано підхід до поетапного впровадження цифрової стратегії.
