У статті досліджено особливості регулювання зовнішньоекономічної діяльності в умовах воєнного стану. Проаналізовано зовнішній ринок товарів та послуг, а також відстежень динаміку зростання та зниження доходів від здійснення зовнішньоекономічної діяльності за останні роки. Зокрема, висвітлено проблеми державного регулювання зовнішньоекономічної діяльності та окреслено можливі перспективи для подальшого розвитку. Особливої уваги приділено дослідженню процедури оподаткування транспортних засобів за допомогою впровадження нової формули митного оформлення.
