У статті досліджено значення правової культури та правового виховання молоді у контексті розбудови громадянського суспільства в Україні. Обґрунтовано для України положення, відоме з римського права, про те, що справжня демократія досягається шляхом виконання законів. Наголошується на наявності тісного зв’язку між патріотичним та правовим вихованням молоді, які тісно переплітаються та доповнюють одне одного. Пропонуються конкретні форми організації навчального процесу з метою підвищення якості освітнього процесу, завданням якого повинно бути внутрішнє переконання майбутнього члена суспільства в тому, що лише на підставі закону та права зможемо побудувати успішне суспільство.
