Статтю присвячено вивченню та аналізу питань експрес-оцінювання адаптаційного потенціалу підприємства в умовах виходу на іноземні ринки. Проаналізовано підходи до трактування поняття «адаптаційний потенціал». Наведено структуру адаптаційного потенціалу підприємства, яка формується з організаційного, фінансового, трудового, виробничого, конкурентного, інвестиційного та інноваційного потенціалів. Виокремлено основні інструменти експрес-оцінювання адаптаційного потенціалу підприємства. Розроблено збалансовану систему експрес-оцінювання адаптаційного потенціалу підприємства в умовах виходу на іноземні ринки. Запропоновано механізм формування інформаційної бази для здійснення експрес-оцінювання адаптаційного потенціалу підприємства в умовах виходу на іноземні ринки.
