Сучасні технології бізнес-діагностики діяльності підприємств

Статтю присвячено дослідженню сучасних технологій бізнес-діагностики діяльності підприємств в умовах динамічного зовнішнього середовища та необхідності визначення поточного і перспективного стану діяльності підприємства. Визначено ключові завдання здійснення бізнес-діагностики, проаналізовано сучасні технології бізнес-діагностики, серед яких аналітика даних, бізнес-аналітика, моделювання бізнес-процесів, аудит бізнес-процесів та ряд інших інструментів та методів, які активно використовуються суб’єктами господарської діяльності. Досліджено збалансовану систему показників як комплексну технологію бізнес-діагностики, визначено її структуру та переваги, порівняно із іншими технологіями.
