Статтю присвячено управлінню розвитком рекреаційних інноваційних компаній в умовах європейської інтеграції. Авторами розглянуто важливість інноваційного управління у рекреаційній сфері, зокрема у контексті європейської інтеграції. Наголошено на ролі сталого розвитку, цифрової трансформації, спільних інновацій та дотримання нормативних вимог у забезпеченні конкурентоспроможності компаній. Висвітлено важливість сильного лідерства та стратегічних рішень для успішного розвитку компаній у рекреаційній сфері.
