Проаналізовано зміни у чинному законодавстві у період введення на території України правового режиму воєнного стану, які стосуються діяльності фермерських господарств, зокрема кредитування, бронювання військовозобов’язаних працівників фермерських господарств, спрощення ліцензування насіннєвого матеріалу та техніки. Наведено поняття фермерських господарств, порядок їх реєстрації та склад їх земельних ділянок. Проаналізовано судову практику у сфері земельних відносин фермерських господарств та надано пропозиції із внесення змін до чинного законодавства.
