Актуальність дослідження пов’язано з необхідністю визначення механізмів способів захисту прав та законних інтересів міських рад у сфері господарських відносин. Розглянуто перелік та характеристики механізмів реалізації способів, видів, форм захисту даного типу, які визначено у розрізі акценту на ключові підстави захисту зазначеної категорії. Встановлено особливості зазначених механізмів реалізації способів вказаної категорії, які можуть сприяти розвитку теоретичної, методологічної бази у цій сфері та впливати на оптимізацію правозастосування.
