Статтю присвячено аналізу дефініції «економічної поведінки підприємства». Подано і обґрунтовано авторський підхід до розуміння економічної поведінки. Визначено, що вона є специфічною категорією, яка описується двома аспектами: перший – економічна поведінка залежить від змін зовнішнього середовища підприємства; другий – економічну поведінку пов’язано зі схильністю підприємства до менш ризикованих реакцій на зовнішні та внутрішні збурення. Розуміння економічної поведінки з цих двох аспектів дасть змогу підвищити ефективність прийняття рішень в умовах обраної траєкторії розвитку підприємства.
