У час науково-технічного прогресу, пандемії COVID-19, воєнних конфліктів, безробіття та інфляції обов’язком держави є побудова соціальної економіки. Метою написання статті є визначення сутності термінології, що є попередньою, постановочною для формування проблеми стосовно системи соціальної відповідальності суб’єктів господарювання, зокрема підприємств. Результатами дослідження є встановлення сутності та взаємодії термінів, що передують категорії «соціальна відповідальність» суб’єктів господарювання, побудова структурно-логічної схеми ланцюга понять: соціальні ризики – соціальні наслідки – соціальні виключення – соціальний захист – соціальне забезпечення.
