У статті досліджено організаційно-економічні інструменти соціально-економічного розвитку освітньої сфери України. Подано концептуальну схему організаційно-економічного інструментарію розвитку системи освіти в Україні, що визначає основні етапи та інструменти для досягнення ефективного розвитку освіти в умовах ринкової економіки. У цій схемі розглянуто адміністративні, економічні та правові методи. Для досягнення стратегічних цілей запропоновано застосовувати такі інструменти, як програмно-цільові підходи, проєктний підхід та конкурсні процеси.
