У статті розглянуто особливості цифровізації соціальних послуг в умовах нових економічних та соціальних викликів в Україні. Досліджено сутність соціальних послуг та передумови їх надання. Проаналізовано можливості впровадження цифрових технологій у сферу соціальних послуг, проілюстровано переваги їхнього застосування. Розглянуто ключові засади Єдиної інформаційної системи соціальної сфери. Розроблено рекомендації та переваги застосування цифрових технологій у наданні соціальних послуг.
