У статті визначено сутність інституціоналізації забезпечення якості вищої освіти. Наголошено, що інституціоналізація передбачає впровадження ефективних систем, структур та практик, що уможливлюють ефективну реалізацію цілей розвитку на різних рівнях в розрізі освітньої галузі, а також досягнення цілей в регіональному та національному розрізах. Застосовано стейкхолдерський підхід як основу для реалізації управління якістю вищої освіти у контексті інституціонального підходу до управління освітньою галуззю. Перспективами подальших досліджень є поглиблений аналіз факторів впливу на інституціоналізм забезпечення якості вищої освіти у контексті євроінтеграції та адаптації до українських реалій кращих практик міжнародного рівня.
